4100 Rear Wheels

I have a JD 4100 with turf tires. I am thinking of reversing the rear wheels to gain about an inch of spread on each side. Would be nice to have a little more clearance between the 3-point lift bars and rear tires when I have the bush hog installed. If I do this would I still be able to install rear wheel weights?
